Concert Summary

These two Fillmore East sets by the great American blues guitarist, singer and songwriter B.B. King capture him at the peak of popularity. I was at this show. During the first show I sat outside on the backstage steps sharing a bottle and pipe with some local East Siders. Then the door flew open and none other than Leslie West came out with his lady and entourage. I went in for the second show. The opening instrumental was so hot I almost forgot about BB! Then B came out blew us all away. What a showman.
